Our attempt at a family picture. Do you know how hard it is to get three kids to cooperate and look at the camera and all when you happen to have someone else around to take the picture for you. We'll get a professional one this spring.
Grandma and Grandpa Nance bought us a Home Depot gingerbread house kit (on sale after Christmas), so we invited them over to help us put it together. They had a lot of fun.
My cookie monster. We were making chocolate Rolo cookies with the bag of Rolos I got as a white elephant gift at Christmas.
We got a peach tree at Home Depot in Conway (about 20 minutes away) and this is how we got it home. It was about 8 feet tall in the pot. Stuart thought it was great fun even though it was poking him.
Such a cute picture of Heidi even if the bow doesn't match because we had already changed out of the dress from church, but left the bow in.
Here are the boys digging a hole for our peach tree. We basically put it where our little half dead plum tree, that got knocked down in the storm, used to be.
They are very into cutting, taping and using marker stamps lately. Thomas made lots of Valentine's (even if they weren't hearts) and other things. For a while his thing was to send letters. Anna got one sent to her even before she left on her mission.

Thomas's wall. It includes sticky notes taped together and colored on, a plate that is also colored on and various papers that are cut and colored and taped to the wall. The white one at the bottom is a space shuttle riding on an airplane that his daddy made for him.
Thomas put lots of stuff over the peach tree so that the animals wouldn't dig up the tree. Last year we planted some grapes and something kept digging in the soft dirt we put around them.
David gave me this sticker for Valentine's Day. He custom designed it and had to made. Can you tell who's who? It is on the back of the car by the license plate.
I'll mention another few items of interest. First, Stuart has graduated from his crib, well kind of. He can climb out, so we put the side down and put a soft pad next to his crib so he can get out safely. We also had to teach him how to get out since he was trying to go head first. He struggled for a few days, but now he's doing great staying in it to sleep. He has also graduated from the high chair. He's doing great there as well. He is a pretty good two year old.
Also, Elder Bednar came to Little Rock last weekend and held a special stake conference with our stake and the North Little Rock Stake. It was great to have an apostle here. After the meeting I nearly ran into him while he was going to his car. I was turned around talking to a friend and didn't notice him passing by until he was getting in the car. He lived in Arkansas for 20 years (up until he was called as President of Ricks), so he said for him it was like coming home. Stuart decided to get up at 3 a.m. that day, so we were kind of tired, but it was great nonetheless.
