We had a good spring break. David's sister Cynthia came down with her kids and we tried to do as much fun stuff as possible. On Monday we went to the zoo. We got to pet an elephant, see two giraffes fighting with their necks, see the jaguars fighting, and try out the new playground. On Tuesday we went to Pinnacle Mountain Park and Wye Mountain. There is a big daffodil field at Wye Mountain. Our neighbors went with us and took pictures with their fancy camera, but we haven't gotten those yet. We did just get a new camera and are happy with the picture quality. It is fancy for us. On Wednesday we went to An'mere's house and then to Burn's Park. That night we pretended that we were camping since we had planned to go camping on Friday and Saturday, but it was supposed to (and did) rain. We set up the tent in the backyard and had smores. On Thursday we went to the Museum of Discovery. It was crowded because of Spring Break, but it was fun. Thomas liked the skeleton bones. Friday we just hung out and Cynthia went home. We all started getting sick after that, so it was a rough weekend, but except for a few little colds we are all better now. Heidi had a doctor's appointment this morning and she is healthy and happy. Mary Ellen took the boys for the rest of the day. It was nice to have a break and get some stuff done. I had a little help with the laundry!

Thomas and I petted the elephant, but Stuart was too scared.
New playground and new camera means great pictures!
At Pinnacle mountain park.
We gave her that flower for the earlier pictures and she held onto to all the way to the car.

My laundry helper. She is barely 7 months old and she did that all on her own and more than once.
