Summer Fun

We had a fun 4th of July weekend. The Tarnaskys (David's sister Cynthia's family) came down, so we got to spend the weekend with family. On Saturday night (the 2nd) we had the annual swim party for our ward across the street at the community center. Everyone came over and had dinner and then we walked over to the pool. The Little Rock Ward was invited as well, since they just redid the boundaries for our two wards. Then, on Monday morning (the 4th) we went to Pinnacle Mountain for Little Rock Ward's annual pancake breakfast. It was fun because we know most people in both wards (since we used to be in the other ward before we bought our house). Later (on the 4th) we went to An'mere's pool and went swimming. That night we watched fireworks in Maumelle. Stuart fell asleep, even though we were pretty close and it was loud. Other than that, I survived babysitting (actually it was fun). It didn't end up being very many days. Other than that, Thomas loves to eat popsicles and Stuart loves to play in the kiddie pool.Thomas didn't want to get in the water. This is how he spent the afternoon. Next to the pool playing with this boat. At one point he dropped it through the crack between the pool and the deck, and it was a community effort to get it back!

I made this collage to put in my bathroom. One day Thomas just got in after the water had been sitting there for a while and was pretty dirty, but they thought it was great. I love how Stuart is posing!

This is my cute Stuart with his tongue sticking out. He loves to get into everything. He can get basically wherever he wants to now. He crawls on two hands, a leg and a foot. He also pulls up. Thomas isn't so excited that he can get to all his toys!
