Stuart's Half Birthday

Since Stuart was born on Christmas Eve it is hard to celebrate his birthday separate from Christmas, so we decided to do a half birthday party for him.  It was kind of last minute, but it was a good decision.  His Tarnasky cousins and Harold and his family were in town, so we made it a big party!  I made basketball cupcakes (which I apparently failed to get a picture of), we sang "Halfy Birthday to You!" (David came up with that one), and he got presents.  Grandma and Grandpa Nance got him a "basketball player".  It is a kids basketball goal, but the name came from Isaac.  He got one when he was 2 and called it that and it has stuck.  We got him a sit and spin.  Since his cousins were here Mary Ellen took all the kids (except Stuart and the babies) to the dollar store and they each picked out something for him.  He loved it!
An'mere , Jeremiah, Harold, Stephanie and a blur of Ezri.

Grandpa assembling the sit n spin for us.

Playing basketball and playing in the box.  Zeke climbed all the way inside.

This is how Stuart likes to play basketball.  He's kind of short.
