Heidi's Blessing

Heidi was blessed on September 30, 2012 by her dad. Harold Lewis, Grandpa Nance, and Grandpa Stewart were in the circle. Harold and Stephanie had come out for Harold's grandma's funeral and so just happened to be in town and were able to come.

Grandpa Stewart was really good at getting Heidi to settle down.  He has had a lot of practice!  She doesn't look comfortable, but she loved it.

My parents have always been good to come when our babies are blessed.  My mom has also come when they are born and then comes back with Dad when they are blessed.  Since Heidi was born early mom came almost a week after she was born.  David's mom was able to come over and help in the meantime.  We are both blessed with wonderful parents!
